The SERE-DND610 series thermal resistance has fast thermal response, high pressure resistance, sturdiness and durability.

The SERE-DND610 series industrial thermal resistance is used as a temperature measurement sensor. It is usually used with temperature transmitters, regulators and display instruments to form a process control system to directly measure or control -200°C in various production processes.. The temperature of liquid, vapor and gaseous media and solid surface within the range of 850℃.

The resistance value (R100) of the thermal resistance temperature sensing element at 100 and its resistance value at 0

R0 ratio: (R100/R0)

Indexing number Pt100: Grade A R0=100±0.06Ω

                     Class B R0=100±0.12Ω

                     R100/R0=1.3850

Indexing Cu50: R=50±0.05Ω

                   R100/R0=1.428±0.002

Thermal response time

When there is a step change in temperature, the output of the thermal resistance changes to 50% of the change in this stage. The time required is called the thermal response time, which is represented by T

Nominal pressure of thermal resistance

Generally refers to the external pressure (static pressure) that the protection tube can withstand without breaking at the working temperature. The allowable nominal pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also related to its structure, installation method, insertion depth, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.

Natural influence

When the measured current in the thermal resistance is 5mA, the measured resistance increment converted to temperature should not be greater than 0.30

Insulation resistance

The test voltage of normal temperature insulation resistance can be any value of 10...1000V, the ambient temperature is within the range of 15...35, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 80%. Normal temperature insulation resistance value should not be less than 100MΩ
